It's never a good thing when you eat to much porc.

Step one: Overindulgence

We were invited to my mother in law's house for supper to celebrate my wife's birthday. There was a roasted porc with mashed potatoes and gravy on the menu, there may have been some type of vegetable side-dish but I didn't waste any time on that. That was the yummiest, nummiest roast porc I've ever had! I kept eating and eating... I must have eaten about a pound of cooked porc and an equal amount of mashed potato. Every bite was carefully dipped in gravy and enjoyed immensely.

Step two: Attempt to digest

Payback came about three hours later. The the food that would normally be half digested by now, was not quite being digested fast enough. The small family of piglets in my stomach just wouldn't stop squealing. I tried peppermint tea. Peppermint tea is always very good in aiding digestion, however this was beyond peppermint tea. I didn't have any Tums or Pepto lying around so I just had to do it the hard way.

Step three: Fail at digesting

I felt much better after watching full chunks of porc meat projectile out of my mouth. Nastier than that is blowing porc chunks out of your nose. No, it is not a good idea to over eat, especially when it comes to porc.

Step four: Re-Habilitation

You know, you've over-indulged and you feel bad, it's the perfect time to make it up to yourself and start eating better. Depending how badly you over do it, this phase can last from a week up to six months and can yield very good results. I called it a "phase" but ideally, good eating habits should last a lifetime to ensure continued health into your old age.
